Our exclusive development for the over-55s is now becoming the community we envisaged – only four homes remain: three of the two-bedroom houses and Plot 1, the largest on the site. As part of our commitment to creating a welcoming neighbourhood, we’re working hard to keeping the homes we’ve yet to sell clean and well-maintained.
When we first set about creating Badger Hill, there were three existing houses on the site. One couple, who owned a parcel of land behind our development, asked us to build a bungalow for them with the same look and feel as our Badger Hill homes. While we don’t often take on one-off builds, we were thrilled to collaborate on this project, which the owners have called The Stables, and which we plan to have completed by March. The Stables in fact really is the icing on the cake of Badger Hill, perfectly completing the development.
