Cowslip Lane Gamlingay

A site still very much under construction, this development will feature up to 11 homes – seven detached and six semi-detached properties in a secluded corner of a Cambridgeshire village. They are three and four bedroom properties but tap into the “techy” feel of Cambridge as a city with modern designs utilising Eternit cladding which projects a hi-tech hue. Some of the designs will have a façade that appears to have a two-storey window effect on the forward-facing aspect of the large downstairs lounge and upstairs bedroom.

Moat Farm Barns

A thoroughly modern five-bedroom family house with extensive garden, driveway and double garage area, this was completed in the early part of 2015. The spacious kitchen/diner, with an island and stone work surfaces with utility room off the kitchen, is a particular feature with its unique computerised lighting system.

Berberry Drive, Flitton

This is a mature Maulden Vale Ltd development of 12 imposing detached properties constructed in 2003. Each has individuality and style with no two properties the same. All the homes are of traditional brick and block build, with a hard-wood finish to the properties which are in a mature landscaped setting. Most are 4-5 bedrooms, with large garages and brick weave driveways.

Eves Field

Developed on the site of a former farmyard in the early 2000s, the five properties are defined by their styles. Notable for their expansive windows and chimneys, each of the properties are of four bedrooms and have a cosy inglenook fireplaces as a central feature.

Pulloxhill Development

A landmark project in the history of Maulden Vale Ltd as it was the present company’s earliest development. The initial properties at number 60, 62 and 64 Greenfield Road, date from 1989, and over the following years were followed by the nearby development of some 70 properties, each of an individual design at Oak Drive, Maple Close and Beech Close.
