With the final phase being completed in 2020, Cowslip Lane Gamlingay is a development that features 13 very unique homes. These comprise of seven detached and six semi-detached properties in a secluded corner of a Cambridgeshire village.

A thoroughly modern five-bedroom family house with extensive garden, driveway and double garage area, this was completed in the early part of 2015. The spacious kitchen/diner, with an island and stone work surfaces with utility room off the kitchen, is a particular feature with its unique computerised lighting system.

This is a mature Maulden Vale Ltd development of 12 imposing detached properties constructed in 2003. Each has individuality and style with no two properties the same.
