As part of our commitment to creating a welcoming neighbourhood, we\u2019re working hard to keeping the homes we\u2019ve yet to sell clean and well-maintained.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When we first set about creating Badger Hill, there were three existing houses on the site. One couple, who owned a parcel of land behind our development, asked us to build a bungalow for them with the same look and feel as our Badger Hill homes. While we don\u2019t often take on one-off builds, we were thrilled to collaborate on this project, which the owners have called The Stables, and which we plan to have completed by March.
